DISPENSA OCCHIPINTI
Chaza’s dispensa allows people to get to know and appreciate the products of the Occhipinti farm and taste them in the place where they are born. Excellent jams, such as the pear jam made from the fruits that grow near the houses, pasta made from Tumminia wheat, typical of the area, then oil, fruit juices and, of course, the wines of the Occhipinti winery, first and foremost the one that originates in the Santa Margherita district.
The service is available upon request at the time of booking and can be chosen in two ways:
A consumo – you find the pantry directly in the house, freely choose what to consume and pay only what you use.
By package – you receive a full selection to enjoy during your stay, with the option to take home what is left.
Wine Tasting and Winery Tour
During your stay in Chaza, you can book visits and tastings at the Occhipinti winery, a short walk from the houses. An opportunity to discover up close the production philosophy, places and flavors that tell the story of the Santa Margherita contrada. From a visit to the cellar spaces to a tasting of the main wines and a tour dedicated to Contrada wines, each experience is an authentic immersion in the agricultural and cultural landscape of the winery.
