From Arianna Occhipinti’s world to yours: wine, local territory, agriculture, and Sicily combine to create a new idea of Hospitality, a complete immersion in an archaic, rural, real, and beautiful world. Arianna’s houses are called Chazas, or squares, facing the Iblei, a few steps away from Chiaramonte Gufi. Chazas are a place for company and exchange, an open space projecting outwards that creates a crossroads of ideas and connections.

The experience of staying at the Chaza isn’t complete without a tasting of Arianna’s wine. This is her philosophy: ‘’the wine I like making isn’t just organic wine. It’s a wine with a coherent creation, natural in how it comes to be. A wine that, in its harmonies and ruggedness, tells a story about the land it was born in and the people who made it. This is why I’m convinced that natural wine, other than being good wine, is also a human wine’’.
